Formerly a professional footballer who played for Evian Thonon Gaillard, RB Leipzig and Olympique Lyonnais.
During my years as a sportsman, I was in contact with the top level both from a sporting and a psychological point of view.
I was also called up to play for the French youth team from u16 to u19.
As a dual national of France and Madagascar, I also played for Madagascar's u23 team.
My desire to pass on
Today, after a fantastic sporting and life experience, I'd like to share with you my experience and my vision of what it means to be a top-level athlete, as well as the physical and psychological intensity that top-level sport requires, both individually and collectively.
